Giving Tuesday

This Giving Tuesday the NPES Board of Directors and Development Committee generously agreed to help kick off the season of giving with a $20,000 challenge grant to the NPES Fund. The first $20,000 in donations received until December 31 will be matched dollar-per-dollar by the NPES Board of Directors and Development Committee.

Within 24 hours of Giving Tuesday, the NPES community rose to the occasion and raised $20,355 plus the $20,000 grant raising over $40,000!  Thank you to the generous community members:

Donations to the NPES Fund benefit all students at NPES by creating the most meaningful moments of the NPES student experience.

Without the NPES Fund, we would not have such engaging and skills-rich programming in our Innovation Lab; a kiln and laser printer in the art room; teachers trained in the latest brain research and pedagogy; the flexibility to offer academic teach-ins with outside experts; opportunities across all grades for field studies and service learning; and the ability to launch new programs like cross-country, PRIDE Alliance, academic support services, school counseling, art club, and neighborhood explorations.

It's clear that the NPES Experience is, and will be, an investment in excellence for all students. Making NPES a priority for your family’s charitable giving ensures that all students continue to have access to the best programs, learning environment, and faculty.
